High School B'nai Torah program
The pride and joy of All Jewish Education is Rabbi Parr's nationally recognized B'nai Torah High School program. Created as an alternative to the traditional Confirmation program, B'nai Torah integrates formal and informal education, prayer options, youth group and camping experiences, teacher's aide programs and mitzvah work into a total Jewish experience.
The pinnacle of the B'nai Torah program is the Bagrut (Graduation) ceremony at the end of 12th Grade. While the traditional 10th Grade Confirmation is certainly possible in a B'nai Torah program, placing the emphasis of the entire Religious School on a 12th Grade Bagrut revolutionizes the culture of a Religious School. Post-B'nai Mitzvah retention rates soar with a B'nai Torah program; it will certainly separate your school from all other supplemental Religious Schools.
All Jewish Education will send an experienced B'nai Torah director to work with your school to help you design a program that will fit your needs. After consulting with students, parents, and the synagogue leadership, All Jewish Education will help you set up the structure necessary for the success of the B'nai Torah program.
It bears repeating: B'nai Torah is the most important addition to your Religious School. All Jewish Education is the sole provider of the B'nai Torah program to supplemental Religious Schools in North America.
